From 1998 to 2005, Mark worked in the Business Litigation Department at Burns & Levinson LLP in Boston, Massachusetts. His practice was concentrated in the areas of general commercial, real estate tax and employment litigation. He represented individual and corporate clients in all aspects of litigation from discovery through trial and appeal, as well as mediation and arbitration. Prior to joining Burns & Levinson, Mark gained criminal law and trial experience as an assistant district attorney in Bronx County, New York, where he was responsible for prosecuting embezzlements, frauds, forgeries, and other economic related crimes.
