Jersey City council accepts deal with developer providing for 10 affordable units in tower on First Street

 The Jersey City City council last night voted 7-2 to accept a deal in which the owner of a proposed Downtown tower will include 10 units of affordable housing in the long-awaited First Street residential and retail complex instead of the 25 that was initially agreed to in 2008. Read more
