Arthur F. Hoge III has been heavily involved in property tax matters and appeals (ad valorem tax matters) throughout Oklahoma for in excess of twenty-seven years. His representation of clients in property tax matters has included many types of real property interests including manufacturing plants, gas processing facilities, malls, office buildings, warehouses, shopping centers, apartment complexes, and public service utility companies. It has included business personal property matters.
He has presented property tax matters before assessors, county boards of equalization, in the Oklahoma District Courts, in the Court of Tax Review of the State of Oklahoma, and in the Oklahoma Appellate Courts.
